A premium, non-carbonated botanical drink, SideBar® is intended
to be opened and poured on its own over ice.

But you can also add a splash of soda, your favourite bubbles
or spirits (zero proof or otherwise) to build your own signature
SideBar® cocktail.

Whether you are abstaining, alternating or looking to reduce
the amount of alcohol in your drink, SideBar® provides options,
flexibility and inclusivity without compromise. 

SideBar® Spritz

  • Pour any SideBar® (2 -3 ounces) over ice in your favourite glass

  • Add a splash of soda and a twist orange, lemon, grapefruit or lime

  • Optional: Add another layer using an ounce of Campari or Whisky (zero proof or not)

FOR YOUR DRY BAR®

  • Pour your favourite Champagne, dry sparkling wine (zero-proof or not) in a Champagne flute or coupe

  • Add a splash of any SideBar®

For the Negroni Lovers

  • Pour SideBar® Dark Forest Cherry (2-3 ounces) over ice

  • Add an ounce of Campari and/or neutral gin (zero proof or not)

  • Finish with a twist of orange rind

SideBar® Royale
For Gimlet or Margarita Fans

  • Pour SideBar® Secret Cove Lime (2-3 ounces) over ice

  • Add an ounce of gin or tequila (zero proof or not)

  • Finish with a lime wedge or slice
